"Berserker" Learning And Development Executive:
Established by the Imperial Earth Navy in 3203 under Admiral Burwasher to study all aspects of Exterminator strategy, operations and tactics in case of a return of the Exterminators. BLADE was also tasked with analysing Exterminator Brain Units, and in recent years, the analysis of Roach military activity.
