A series of mountain ranges in the north continent of Saunders III, running generally southwest to northeast to form the geologic backbone of the continent. They extend for more than 5,000 kilometres, are spectacularly beautiful and are the home to the famous Bakufu Dragons - giant flying reptilian raptors with a wingspan of up to 10 metres.
