A bizarre cult that is believed to worship 'The Mighty Ones' who are robotic and who will punish the 'weak fleshbags' of humanity. This is one of the more extreme examples of Exterminator Cults that grew up during the First Exterminator War.

Led by their charismatic leader Ron Cupboard, the followers of the CMO exhibit suicidal fanaticism, and have been know to go to tremendous lengths to build huge and elaborate 'Transdimensional Transmitters' that they believe will call down the Mighty Ones, who will then cleanse the faithful so that they can join with them and become immortal.

Ron Cupboard was believed to have been killed in an incident in Quadrant 7 in 3198, but his followers have insisted at various times since that he "survived", or he has "been reborn", or he is "about to return".

The Cult of the Mighty Ones is outlawed within most interstellar juridictions as they have a reputation for random murder and mutliation of unbelievers.
