Criminal mastermind. Widely believed to have been responsible for the Organian Atrocity, and to have subverted the GFA colonial government in Q5, causing the illegal AI Cerebro to be constructed.

His criminal career came to an end in 3199 when he is believed to have died in a cataclysmic explosion when Cerebro was destroyed by Martian forces on Over. The explosion was so large that no trace of his body was ever found. An eyewitness said "...nobody could have survived that blast".
