Ogata, Dr Kiyaki

Dr Ogata is one of the foremost xenobiologists in Martian Space. Her knowledge of planetary fauna is legendary. In the early part of her career she single-handedly catalogued over 250,000 separate species. Currently well known for her off the wall theories about forerunner bio-genetic engineering techniques. Despite being offered a number of prestigious roles in the many new Forerunner study teams, she prefers to follow her own researches independently.

Dr Ogata has also been connected with the Martian Government in that she has been invited to take part in some 'think tank' work for the Ministry of Science. The exact nature of this work remains classified.
