Psi talents

There have, for centuries, been efforts to prove or disprove the existence of exceptional mental power in humankind. After many years of being a minority issue, the question has gained some public interest in the last 30 years or so. There has been an increase in claims of exceptional powers - though proof remains elusive. Psi talents can allegedly take many forms, from simple telekinesis (TK) through Telepathy, pyrokinesis (PK) and even claims of teleportation (TP).
No proper scientist takes any of this seriously.
