Formation

Following the quadrant-wide Dino-flu outbreak in Quadrant 7 in 3224-26, it was agreed in 3226 that a quadrant-wide organisation would coordinate interstellar health activities in any future medical crisis. Funding was provided by a number of polities in Q7.

The QHO HQ is located on Dolha
