UNIBART

Based on a small moon orbiting a Gas Giant in the Mir system, the Universe B Analysis and Research Team, headed Professor Matik, is tasked with developing the understanding of alternative Universes. this includes the dimension inhabited by the Visitors, and that explored by the Wolfers from Evangelou. Matik himself claims to have visited such a parallel Universe while based at Dolha at the end of the last century.

Much of the work of UNIBART is highly classified, but there is absolutely no evidence that the Professor has managed to duplicate his earlier work.
