Warehouse 13

A secure storage facility set up in 3206 by the International Forerunner Foundation. It is secured against environmental hazards and located in a mountainous area know for its techtonic stablity. Much of the warehouse is deep underground, and is environmentally isolated, with its own power supply, environmental life support systems and accomodation. It is reported, though not confirmed, that the facility could withstand a direct attack from an orbital bombardment from a Battleship with only minor damage.



The warehouse accommodates an extensive scientific staff of over 150, drawn from all signatory powers. Their tasks include analysis, study, documentation and archiving key data for subsequent study. It is estimated that there are now over 1024 separate technological artifacts stored in Warehouse 13 - some of them rated as 'extremely hazardous'.

There is a small team of expert security personnel who ensure the facility is not robbed and deals, very politely, with unwelcome visitors.
