!Maut Pierce, secretary to the ICC of the Martian Union Maut Pierce was appointed as secretary to the ICC in 3200 as the Charles L Harness administration swept into power and has held the position ever since. This apparently administrative role actually wields considerable soft power and Pierce is responsible for the ICC agenda and issuing press releases from the ICC when no specific minister has clear and sole ownership.
