The home quadrant of human space.  IN the centre of the quadrant is the original home of humanity, Earth, where there is still the largest concentration of humans in known space.  It is also the location of the Homeworlds of all the important powers in the Universe.
Quadrant 0 is the most economically active and the richest quadrant of those colonised by humanity.
