Colony history

Founded in the early 3100s Valhal has been one of the core Martian worlds in Q7.
Narrowly avoiding destruction during the Exterminator War, Valhal has remained important to the presence of the MAFC in Quadrant 7.

Local Government

The local government grew out of the original Our Bay Colony (Charitable Trust - initial investment from Marsec).

The elected representative body is the Colonial Commission, and the decision-making council is called the Colonial Directorate

Religion

There are no major religions, though most religions have some representation, the founding colony having adopted a policy of secular inclusiveness.
